Teaching in a dynamic, tailored and creative way IS possible without hours of research.
60% of teachers feel chronically stressed, with lesson planning and differentiation being the top stressors.
On top of this, many teachers don't feel like they're getting support on different strategies.
This leads to:
burnout
decision fatigue
constant frustration
It doesn't have to be this way.

I went into this workshop very interested in how to incorporate PBL into my second grade classroom. I was overwhelmed at first because there is a lot that goes into planning and implementing PBL, but as the workshop went on I saw that I can start off slow with my class and build up to a full project. Nancy did a great job at breaking everything down and answering all of our questions. She even had us get involved in planning a project and was there to guide us when we got stuck. I look forward to taking more workshops with her.

"Your workshop on motivating students was the best staff development, especially in 90minutes, that I have attended in my 22 years of teaching elementary school in Fullerton!"
